Everyone has experienced binkles. But when a person feels that special energy, they give the credit to whatever they’re doing at the time. So it’s not surprising they want even more of that, in order to get the wonderful feeling again.

But binkles are available in any situation—not just when you’re doing that. They can show up anywhere… with anyone. You just have to want a binkle enough to notice the surge (zizz) of energy whenever and however it appears. Then see how long you can prolong it.

Keep alert for binkle experiences, instead of settling for “whatever.”

The warm-glow, upbeat energy attracts even more binkles. So you keep feeling better and better. You’ll find yourself eager for more of the things where binkles happen. And you’ll avoid situations that don’t provide them, or that suck the binkle energy out of you.

      Binkles are “I feel acknowledged or valued” energy
      Binkles are “Ahaah!” energy

And they expand when shared and appreciated

Adopt The Binkle Standard   Forget about your “To Do” list or your “what I always do”   approach. Instead, put your day on The Binkle Standard   1.  Spend more time and attention with people or activities         that give binkles   2.  Spend less time and attention with people or activities         that drain your binkle energy away   3.  Pass it around! Leave a trail of binkles wherever you        go. Say the word “binkle” out loud—since it’s not for        you alone   That’s it! Simple, but life enhancing. Amazingly, your energy will   take you further, without being drained. You’ll feel less stress   The result—more joy and fun!  Not a bad payback
