1. How good the plans are—the blueprints where an idea has been reduced to specific steps and dimensions
2. What the materials are—the quality of the resources and ingredients employed
3. How it is built—the degree of care and craftsmanship put into practice. And that includes the team of builders and how well they understand the plans and their willingness to work together for a shared purpose
4. How well it’s grounded—whether it’s solid, wholesome, and can stand up to disastrous circumstances
