The Joyful Banker is a shared activity by The Binkle Foundation a non-profit corporation to increase binkle awareness, and Off the Page Press. Half the profits from The Joyful Banker go to The Binkle Foundation to assist its binkle-spreading work.

Any designated donations received by the The Joyful Banker shall be conveyed 100% to The Binkle Foundation, and the giver is entitled to a receipt for a charitable donation.

Before the Web site was created, we contacted both the Colorado Banking Commission (the state where we’re based) and the US Comptroller of the Currency (U.S. Treasury Department). Both agencies have indicated that what The Joyful Banker is doing as a parody does not mislead the public, violate their regulations, or create counterfeit financial instruments.
